elliptical wing gave way to a new one with blunted tips and changes
to the flaps and ailerons. The wing was made even stronger and
carried four 20mm cannon. The fuselage was redesigned and the whole
airframe was heavier than previous Spitfires, meaning the
undercarriage had to be made more robust. The wheels were now fully

| FSX/FS2004 Boeing 2707-200 SST In the USA fears about being left
behind in the supersonic airliner race as the Soviet and European
SSTs started to take form on paper. The US government asked US
companies for SST designs in order to compete with Europe. The
Boeing model was the 2707-200. It was a large aircraft at 318 feet
from nose to tail and had a complex swing-wing design with a
tailplane behind the main swing wing. It would fly at a high mach
2.7 over 3900 miles with a passenger load of at least 300. Two kinds
of paint example (Pan American / United Airline) are included. by

for FSX.The U-2 Dragonlady is a surveillance / reconnaissance
aircraft. The revolutionary new plane was built by a team headed by
legendary Clarence L. "Kelly" Johnson at Lockheed's "Skunk Works" in
Burbank California. The U-2 made its first flight in August 1955 and
began operational service in 1956. Its employment was kept secret
until May 1, 1960 The 'U' designation, normally used for an
innocuous utility aircraft, was used as part of a campaign to keep

of the M.S.406 led the Finnish Air Force to order, on 22 October
1942, the installation of a Klimov M-105P in an M.S.406 airframe.
The M-105P engine, derived from the HS 12Y, afforded 1,100hp for
take-off, the prototype conversion was flown on 4 February 1943 as
the M?rk? (Ghost) or M?rk?-Moraani. Successful trials resulted in
the decision to bring all surviving M.S.406 and M.S.410 fighters to

customization, upgrade and optimization of Arik Hohmeyer's fine L10E
from FS-Design Berlin. The intent was to match it as closely as
possible to Earhart's L10E Lockheed Electra. Dave Bitzer's research
at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. and independent
work by Alex Nicolson resulted in over two-dozen flight-dynamics
changes, including proper-capacity long range tanks. Norman Hancock
designed two custom panels for this historic aircraft; a classic
version with a Sperry AP and a modern one with a digital AP and more
navigation equipment. The Cambridge Engine Analyzer, Sextant, Drift
Meter, and pop-up E6-B computer are standard on both panels. Easy

| FSX Saunders Roe SR-45 "Princess". The SR-45 first flew in 1952
and was one of the largest flying boats ever built. It was
overshadowed by the upcoming land based 707 and DC-8 so only one was
finished and test flown. This is a native FSX Acceleration project.
It has the usual animations, specular shine, .dds textures, reverse
thrust, and turbine smoke that turns on and off as a function of
throttle position. The VC is based on a photo and has animated
flight and engine controls. There is no 2D panel. There are two
liveries, the factory paint and the proposed BOAC livery. By Paul

| FS2004/FSX Fairey Firefly Mk1. The Firefly first flew on 22
December 1941 and was produced until the mid-1950s. Although most of
the earlier operational versions remained in use with the Royal Navy,
Royal Australian Navy and Royal Netherlands Navy. Firefly fighters
and reconnaissance fighters went into operational service in late
1943 and were mainly used in the Pacific theatre of war against
Japanese forces and targets. Reconditioned Firefly Is were also
supplied to the air forces of Ethiopia and Siam during this period,
while Firefly target tugs served in Sweden and Denmark. Gmax model
